4-5 Gray’s Inn Square Chambers is the market leader when it comes to protestor injunctions, combining its unique Chambers-wide specialisms of local government, property, housing and public law expertise.

We are at the forefront of the developing law relating to protest injunctions against persons unknown. Our barristers act in all sectors, including but not limited to, cases involving public bodies.

Our Practice Management team and barristers know that this area of practice is highly time-critical. We have significant experience of achieving results within very tight timescales, and also of understanding what must be done procedurally in order to ensure that any Order is robust against challenge. Chambers has considerable knowledge of bringing urgent claims relating to protestor injunctions out of hours in the High Court.
