Overview

Our barristers regularly appear in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, where clients – including individuals, NGOs, and Government departments – benefit from the interdisciplinary expertise on offer in 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square’s civil liberties and human rights team.

In addition to our domestic civil liberties work, our barristers routinely act and advise in matters involving international human rights. We also appear regularly before the Privy Council in appeals in death penalty cases from various Commonwealth countries and other overseas territories.
